The Pallet-type Unmanned Forklift is an intelligent logistics equipment based on autonomous driving technology. It is designed for standardized pallet handling scenarios. It integrates laser navigation, environmental perception and intelligent scheduling systems to realize automatic loading, unloading, transportation and stacking of pallet goods.

1. Working Principle
Pallet-type Unmanned Forklift is an unmanned forklift based on AGV/AMR (Automated Guided Vehicle/Autonomous Mobile Robot) technology, which realizes autonomous path planning and obstacle avoidance through laser navigation (SLAM), visual recognition or magnetic strip guidance. Its core systems include:
Perception layer: LiDAR, 3D camera, IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) detect the environment in real time;
Decision layer: Scheduling algorithm dynamically optimizes task priority and path to avoid congestion;
Execution layer: Electric servo drives the fork arm to accurately complete pallet forking, lifting, and handling operations.

2. Core features
High-precision operation: positioning error ≤±10mm, adapting to narrow aisles (≥1.8m) and efficient operation;Flexible deployment: no need to modify the site, supporting multi-model collaboration (such as linkage with roller AGV);
Intelligent management: through WMS (warehouse management system) docking, automatic inventory synchronization and task distribution are realized;Safe and reliable: in line with ISO 3691-4 safety standards, with emergency stop, sound and light alarm, anti-collision detection and other functions.
