Autonomous Navigation Handling Robot-Forward-Moving Unmanned Forklift
Forward-Moving Unmanned Forklift is an automated material handling equipment based on intelligent navigation technology. Its core feature is the integration of forward-moving gantry design and unmanned driving system.The equipment uses laser radar + visual fusion navigation (accuracy ±10mm) and forward-moving fork arms (maximum forward extension distance 1.5m) to achieve barrier-free access to high-level (up to 10m) shelves in narrow passages (minimum 2m).
Working principle and application
Working principle: Intelligent path planning: Automatically calculate the optimal path through 3D environment modeling, supporting multi-vehicle collaborative scheduling;Forward-moving operation: The forward-moving gantry design allows the vehicle body to complete access without being close to the shelf (load 1-2 tons);
Safety control: Equipped with a 360° anti-collision system (laser + ultrasonic + emergency stop button triple protection).Typical application scenarios: High-level narrow-aisle warehouse: realize automated dense storage in VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) warehouse, and improve space utilization by 40%;Cross-floor transportation: link with elevator control system to complete automatic transfer of materials on multiple floors;
Production line distribution: connect with MES system to realize JIT on-time distribution (accuracy ±30 seconds);Cold chain warehousing: stable operation in -30℃ low temperature environment to solve the safety hazards of manual operation.
